I'm Brazilian and I have been working in management of a social organization (NGO) located in suburbs of São Paulo. The organization I work for, has a public of 300 people daily, from different group ages. I hold a degree in Languages and a specialization in Social Impact Business Management, and I have a postgraduate degree in Process Facilitation.
